Did you know
that most sports injuries occur because athletes are not trained
adequately for their specific sport? Athletes of any age, do not
achieve athletic conditioning by playing sports but by getting in
shape for playing sports. Being a successful, healthy athlete
(at any level) stems from proper muscular training, cardiovascular
endurance, and flexibility, in order to achieve a high level of
success while minimizing injury. As an accomplished athlete, sports
and conditioning instructor, and track coach, Ruth Ann can provide
individual or group training for general sport conditioning or sport
specific training for youth, teens, and adults, whatever their
fitness level.
